1. Necessity

-            To introduce VN Fukuoka’s Daily Flight Frequency to/from Fukuoka.

-            To draw the market attention to VN’s 4-star services.

-            To differentiate from the competing airlines cannot reserve the space for the ad. at Fukuoka airport.

-Total cost: JPY1,382,000 including TAX for 1 fiscal year

          a. Goods/services: Advertising, Production, Installation, Electricity, and Maintenance

          b. Advertising period: 1 fiscal year of Japan (from April, 2019 to March, 2020)

          c. Dimension: (H) 1,300 mm x (W) 3,000 mm for External size

                                 (H) 1,060 mm x (W) 2,820 mm for Internal size

          d. Location: No. 303 at the departure gate, Fukuoka International Airport

                  3.2 Requirement for providers:

                      - No conflict to Vietnam Airlines benefits

                      - At least 2 year experience in related industry

                  3.3 Requirement for quotations:

                      - Price: Final Price, tax included

                      - Currency: Japanese yen (JPY)

                      - Form of Payment: Bank transfer

                  3.4 Proposal documents:

                      - Language: Japanese or English

                      - Effective Period of quotation

                      - Format: in printing by inerasable ink, pages in sequence order
