1. Necessity: By outsource consulting in the public relations area and acting on behalf of PR to the agent, we will increase the awareness of VN in the Japanese market effectively and rationally.

2. Enquiry:

   2.2.2  Cost- Total cost: 9,100,000 JPY

   2.2.3  Contract type: package contract

   2.2.4  Implementation schedule: 30 days after signing contract.

3. Price proposal requirement:

3.1.1  Services requirement:

- Strategic consulting

- Cooperating with VNA HQ to implement HQ’s communication activities in Australia

- Cooperating with VNA HQ to organize press tour for VNA (inviting media, following up, reporting, etc.)

- Producing media content: press kit, press release; translation/editing work support

- Building and maintaining relations with KOLs/influencers: media meeting, building media database

- Media monitoring/clipping

- Media reporting: monthly/quarterly/end-of-year

- Social media strategy and management

- Crisis management

- Crisis management manual

- Resolving crisis on demand – actual fee activation

3.1.2 Requirement for providers:

- No conflict to Vietnam Airlines benefits

- At least 2 year experience in related industry

3.1.3  Requirement for quotations:

- Price: final price, tax included

- Currency: Japanese yen
