Necessity/Purpose:

Select experience construction agency to do following in conjunction with Vietnam Festival in Ueno Park

-            Design VN Booth for 11-12December2021

-            Support VN and its activity in accordance with rule of organization indicated by Organizer

Enquiry:

-            Operation and management

-            Rental items for activities

Price proposal requirement:

• ・Goods/services requirement:

-            Construction for booth decoration

-            Goods/service: Construction for booth decoration, planning, designing, operation and management on the day of event.

-            Rental items for booth decoration / activities / display

-            Cleaning and waste disposal

-            Quality: Standard service for Japanese customer

• ・Requirement for provider:

-            No conflict to Vietnam Airlines benefit

-            At least 2 year experience in related industry

• ・Requirement for quotations:

-            Price: final price, tax included.

-            Currency: Japanese yen.

-            Form of Payment: Bank transfer

• ・Proposal documents:

-            Language: Japanese/English

-            Effective period of quotation

-            Format: in printing by inerasable ink, pages in sequence order

-            Deadline for submission: 19November 2021
