Vietnam Airlines JSC with its registered office at Daido Seimei Kasumigaseki Bldg 6F, 1-4-2 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan, invite you to construction for Nagoya Sales Office restoration.

Request for the Proposal should be attached.

1         Necessity:

Vietnam Airlines has decided to close Nagoya Sales Office temporary since 01MAR2021 until the further notice.

To comply with the contract between Vietnam Airlines and Ohashi Building when it is returned,

Vietnam Airlines is implementing to restore office with its original condition.

2         Enquiry:

-            Number of goods/services: Restoration work

-            Schedule: MAR, 2021 ~ one to three month (plan)

-            Venue: Vietnam Airlines Nagoya Sales Office

2.2.2     Budget sources: 02/TCTHK-CNJP (Approved on 08JAN2021)

2.2.3     To choose form, way of providers: Bidding (price-priority)

2.2.4     Contract type: Package contract.

2.2.5     Implementation schedule:

-            By the end of FEB 2021/Exchange of contract with the provider (plan)

-            In MAR 2021/Restoration work by the provider (plan)

3         Price proposal requirement:

3.1      Goods/services requirement:

-            Goods/services: Restoration work

-            Quantity: 1 time for restoration work

-            Quality: Original condition when renting

-            Other specification: Nothing remarkable

3.2      Requirement for provider:

-            No conflicts with Vietnam Airlines' benefits

-            At least 10 year experience in the related industry

3.3      Requirement for quotations:

-            Price: final price, tax included.

-            Currency: Japanese yen.

3.4   Form of payment: bank transfer. Proposal documents:

-            Language: Japanese or English

-            The effective period of quotation

-            Format: in printing by inerasable ink, pages in sequence order

-            Deadline for submission:  2PM 15FEB2021 (JP time)
