1. Combination: When fare types are allowed to be combined, the most restricted conditions will apply.
2. Ticket cancellation and Refund:
In case of partial refund, refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing. Refund fee may apply.
3. Change:
You can only change to equal or higher fare only, fare difference and change fee may apply.
Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component will be applied.
Change fee is not permitted to refund.

Carry on baggage includes 1 hand baggage item (not exceed 10kg) and one accessory. The total weight of carry on baggage must not exceed 18kg.
Checked baggage includes 02 pieces (not exceed 32kg each)
4. Go show
- J Class: Go show permitted without fee.
- C Class: Go-show permitted with fee
5. Seat selection
Ticket includes free seat selection.
6. Priority check-in counter
Ticket includes priority check-in counter.
7. Lotus Lounge
Ticket includes service at the Lotus Lounge.
8. LotuSmiles Milage Accumulation
Accumulate 200% of bonus miles and qualifying miles.
