Book Review Contest: Continuing the Aspiration, Spreading the Love for the Skies

1. Participants

All employees of Vietnam Airlines Group.

2. How to Join

Employees participate by commenting directly under the contest rules post on Spirit, including:

• Favorite content/excerpt: A part or quote from the book "Continuing the Aspiration for the Skies" that you love the most.

• Personal reflection: Why did this content or excerpt impress you?

• Specific action: Inspired by the book, what will you do (even the smallest thing) to demonstrate your love, responsibility, and commitment to accompanying Vietnam Airlines?

• Encouragement: Authentic, concise, emotional, and personalized sharing is highly encouraged.

*** Note: Comments must include the full name and unit of the participating employee.

3. Timeline

• Submission period: From April 13, 2026, to the end of May 10, 2026.
• Result announcement: The 5 best reflections will be announced every Tuesday (From April 21, 2026, to May 12, 2026).

4. Judging Criteria

Submissions will be graded on a 100-point scale, consisting of 2 parts:

4.1. Content (70 points) The Organizing Committee will evaluate based on:

• Sincere and deep reflection (30 points).

• Practical connection, clearly demonstrating specific actions (25 points).

• Positive spirit, spreading the values and culture of Vietnam Airlines (15 points).

4.2. Interaction (30 points) Calculated based on the engagement level of the comment:

• 01 Like = 1 point

• 01 Reply = 2 points *** Note: Maximum interaction points: 30 points.

Total Score = Content Score (max 70) + Interaction Score (max 30)

5. Prize Structure

Gifts: 20 prize sets, each including 01 copy of the book "Continuing the Aspiration for the Skies" and 01 plush mascot, will be awarded to the most impressive submissions, with 5 sets announced each week.

6. Important Notes

• Each employee can participate with multiple comments but can only receive 01 prize.

• Content must be a personal share and not copied.

• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use excellent entries for communication on Spirit.
