Vietnam Airlines Opens Registration for Run For Love 2026, Gathering 1,800 Runners

Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Executive Vice President of Vietnam Airlines, shared: “Run For Love is maintained by Vietnam Airlines as an annual autumn tradition in Hanoi. Evolving from a community sports event, the program has grown into a meaningful occasion for families, friends, and Hanoi lovers to gather, run side by side, and experience the city in a more intimate way. In this fifth edition, we hope every participant creates a memorable experience along the West Lake route.”

A signature feature of Run For Love is the active participation of visually impaired athletes. This year, they will compete in the 5 km and 10 km distances with a dedicated award category. Each visually impaired runner will be paired with a guide to assist and support them throughout the course. The presence of these athletes brings inspiring stories of empathy, solidarity, and the triumph of the human spirit to the racecourse.

For its 5th edition, the organizing committee features a photo exhibition and an interactive "QR Journey" designed to reflect on the key milestones of Run For Love over the years. Unforgettable moments from previous seasons, images of runners, and inspiring stories along the journey will be showcased throughout the event area.

Registration officially opened on September 22. The Early Bird phase runs through October 1, offering special rates of VND 229,000 for the 1.5 km distance, VND 329,000 for 5 km, and VND 429,000 for 10 km.

Run For Love 2026 serves as the grand finale of the "Colors of Autumn" series, part of the annual "Touch Hanoi Autumn 2026" campaign organized by Vietnam Airlines in partnership with Hanoi City, under the message "Touch Hanoi. Awaken the 5 Senses." Through this initiative, residents and tourists alike are invited to immerse themselves in the capital's autumn charm through fitness, community connection, and heartwarming stories.

Now in its 5th edition, Run For Love has steadily grown into a beloved autumn athletic tradition in Hanoi. The event promotes an active lifestyle while celebrating and presenting the image of a vibrant, open-hearted, and culturally rich city to both domestic and international visitors.
