Guides for ticket exchange on Vietnam Airlines website

Passengers can follow the steps below to exchange tickets on the Vietnam Airlines website:

Step 1: Passengers go to vietnamairlines.com and click "Manage Booking"; enter the Reservation Code (PNR) and Last Name and click "Search"; then select "Add Service".

Step 3: Check the flight information of the purchased ticket and select “Exchange Flight”.

Step 4: On the “Select and Exchange flight” screen, select the flight to exchange and click “Search”.

Step 5: In the search new flight(s) screen, click on a new flight and ticket class as desired, then select “Confirm and Continue”.

Step 6: Proceed to pay for the difference (if applicable).

After paying the difference, Vietnam Airlines will send a ticket exchange confirmation and a receipt to the email address registered when purchasing the ticket. If passengers do not receive a confirmation email from Vietnam Airlines within one hour of the successful exchange, please contact the online ticket help desk via telephone number at (84) 19001100, send an email to onlinesupport@vietnamairlines.com, or contact Vietnam Airlines’ sales offices for assistance.
