According to Vietnam Government's regulations applying to all domestic routes, passengers must follow the requirements below:

-  For passengers staying in a level 4 area (different areas are categorized into four levels based on their risk of spreading coronavirus infection (from Level 1 to Level 4) or undergoing regional isolation (lockdown); or passengers departing from Ho Chi Minh City / Can Tho / level 4 areas or undergoing regional isolation (lockdown): Passengers are required to have negative SARS-CoV-2 test result by RT-PCR or negative rapid antigen test result within 72 hours before departure.

-  For other passengers, passengers departing from other locations are only required to meet one out of three conditions below:

+ Have Covid-19 vaccination certificate of full dose issued by authorities with the last dose received at least 14 days but not more than 12 months before departure.

+ Have hospital discharge notes / Covid-19 recovery certificate within 6 months before departure.

+ Have negative SARS-CoV-2 test result by RT-PCR or negative rapid antigen test result within 72 hours before departure.

-  Other conditions:

+ Passengers must make an electronic medical declaration (Declaration of domestic movement) on PC-COVID Application; In case the passenger has not completed the declaration, the airline shall arrange staff or supporting equipment to guide the passenger to install and declare on the PC-COVID Application.

+ Passengers must take responsibility before law for the truthfulness of the declared information.

+ Passengers are not allowed to board the flight when they have symptoms of cough, fever, hard to breath, muscle aches, sore throat, loss of taste...

Note:
+ Passengers having symptoms such as cough, fever, dyspnea, muscle aches, sore throat, loss of taste are not allowed to be on board.

+ Passengers are required to complete the domestic move declaration in PC-Covid App.

+ The requirements above are applicable to all passengers.

1. Hanoi City:

- According to document No. 24/CD-UBND dated November 18, 2021 on monitoring and testing of high-risk cases returning to Hanoi from epidemic areas, details here, note:

+ Stop the implementation of the content in Section 2.3 at document No. 23/CD-UBND dated November 16, 2021.

+ Implement the monitoring and testing of high-risk cases from epidemic areas, specifically in Section 2 of Official Dispatch No. 24/CD-UBND.

- Dispatch No. 23/CD-UBND dated November 16, 2021 on continuing to implement measures to prevent Covid-19 epidemic in the new situation of Ha Noi city, details here.

- According to Official Letter No. 3487/UBND-DT dated October 11, 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on the pilot implementation of opening regular domestic routes to and from Hanoi (details here):

+ From October 10, 2021 to October 20, 2021: operating round-trip flights from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi - Da Nang with a frequency of 01 round trip / day, sitting at a distance of 50% of capacity.

+ For passengers who meet the conditions as prescribed by the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health, they must monitor their health at home or accommodation and take measures to ensure the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic in accordance with the regulations of Ha Noi City.


2. Ho Chi Minh City:

- Updated on September 20, 2021: According to the regulations of the Center for Disease Control of Ho Chi Minh City. In Ho Chi Minh City, before boarding the flight, passengers must declare a commitment to move to the correct isolation location.

- According to Official Dispatch No. 2795/UBND-VX of the City People's Committee. Ho Chi Minh City on August 21, 2021, Ho Chi Minh City strengthens control of groups of people who are allowed to circulate during the implementation of the social distancing.

- According to Official Letter No. 8090/SGTVT-KT of the Department of Transportation of Ho Chi Minh City on July 26, 2021, the operation of licensed taxis during the implementation of the document No. 16/CT-TTg by HCMC, the following two taxi companies are licensed to operate to Tan Son Nhat airport within the limited time frame:

+ Taxi Mai Linh: 1055.

+ Taxi Vinasun: 02838272727.

- From July 16, 2021, Tan Son Nhat Airport temporarily suspends all non-aviation service business activities at the passenger terminal.

3. Da Nang:

Updated on October 28, 2021:

- Conditions for passengers to make flights to DAD apply according to Decision 1840/QD-BGTVT dated October 20, 2021. For passengers arriving/returning to Da Nang from localities where the epidemic level 3: Passengers are required to have a negative test (apply document no 7257/UBND-SYT dated October 27, 2021) ).

- Isolation conditions when guests enter Da Nang apply according to CV7257 / People's Committee-SYT DN dated October 27, 2021

- Passengers are responsible for declaring correct information on Danang Smart City app (According to official letter 7257/UBND-SYT).
