1. Providing legal consultancy services for the withdrawal of VNA license to close its Branch before the competent authorities in Philippines;
Scope of Service

To provide to VNA the laws of Philippines on the procedure for closing branch of foreign enterprise in Philippines.

To act on behalf of VNA to work with the selected Law Firm to terminate the Engagement Letter, ensuring no dispute between the two parties and receive all related documents from the selected Law Firm (if any).

To act on behalf of VNA to carry out all remained procedures that the selected Law Firm has not completed to obtaining approval for the withdrawal of its license to close its Branch before the competent authorities in Philippines.
