Flight VN18 Paris-Van Don on September 22, 2021 will be Vietnam Airlines' first flight from Europe to trial the IATA Travel Pass electronic health passport application. If you are a passenger on this flight, please join the trial to have a chance to get the gifts from Vietnam Airlines:

B. Procedures

Step 1: Download the IATA Travel Pass application:

• Apple Store (iOS): here
• Google Play (Android): here

Step 2:

• Open the app and enter the code: 787901 (for iOS) and 787350 (for Android)
• Create your digital identity, take profile picture, and confirm your profile by scanning passport information page with your phone camera.

 

Step 3: At the home screen of application, select "My Flights", then "Add a flight", then select Vietnam Airlines, flight date and flight number VN18 Paris-Van Don.

Step 4: 

4.1. Visit the following website to get your Digital COVID Certificate (DCC) QR code:

As soon as your application has been processed, you will receive an email with a QR code.

4.2. Scan DCC QR code to add health certificates on IATA Travel Pass

• Open the home screen of ITP, select "Certificates" and scan the QR code(s).
• Check the test results in the "My Flights" section. If the health conditions are met, your status in “My Flights” section will show a check mark and "OK to Travel
• Note: the “OK to travel” confirmation function for DCC certification is currenly available only on iOS. For Android users, for the purpose of this trial, the successful scan of DCC QR code would be sufficient.

Step 5: At the airport check-in counter, present both your test result on the IATA Travel Pass application and relevant test result documents to Vietnam Airlines' airport staff.

Step 6: After confirming the test results, you will be provided with a QR code by airport staff to complete a survey of the application experience.
