To ensure the safety of our passengers and staff, we have put in place additional hygiene protocols in accordance with higher risk level from 26 May 2021.
Frequently touch surfaces at the airport and the whole fleet are completely cleaned and disinfected. All aircraft are disinfected after landing at Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh city. These substances are approved for use on aircraft by Ministry of Health and the aircraft manufacturer. The application of disinfectants will not have damaging effects regarding the human health.
Vietnam Airlines will suspend serving meals while remain serving purified bottled water on domestic routes until the pandemic is under control.
