Vietnam Airlines would like to inform you of updated information (December 21, 2021) on the entry regulations to Russia as follows:
- For passengers with Russian nationality:
o Complete the information declaration on https://esia.gosuslugi.ru/login/ before departure
.
o Within 72 hours before departure date, have negative test result for Covid-19 by PCR.
o Exemption of testing requirements for: people who have had enough vaccines within 12 months or have recovered from Covid-19 within 6 months.
o All information about test results, vaccination certificates or cures must be declared via https://www.gosuslugi.ru/400705/1
- For non-Russian passengers:
o Must have a negative test result for Covid-19 by PCR within 48 hours of arrival in Russia. (applies to children of all ages)
o Complete the information declaration form attached before departure.
- Requirements for documents certifying test results:
o To determine whether the test result is valid or not: based on the time of sampling.
o Test results must be in English or Russian, notarized Russian translations are accepted.
