Vietnam Airlines would like to inform that passengers arriving in Japan have to comply with the following requirements:
- Passengers arriving in Japan are required to declare their stay information through the JP government declaration website at the link:
https://arqs-qa.followup.mhlw.go.jp/
- At the check-in counter: Passengers must present the QR code with ticket and travel documents.
From 13th January, 2021, all arrival passengers must have certificate of negative result for Covid-19 (only testing certificates within 72 hours before departure time are accepted). Passengers will not be accepted to check-in without certificate of negative result for Covid-19.
