VIETNAM AIRLINES ADJUSTS FLIGHT OPERATIONS DUE TO TYPHOON JANGMI AFFECTING JAPAN ON JUNE 3, 2026

Due to the impact of Typhoon Jangmi in Japan, several Vietnam Airlines flights to and from Japan scheduled for morning of June 3, 2026 will be adjusted to ensure operational safety.

• Flights from Vietnam to Narita (Tokyo) and Nagoya scheduled to depart between 00:00 and 00:25 on June 3 will be delayed to later that morning.
• The Hanoi–Haneda (Tokyo) flight scheduled to depart at 08:05 on June 3 will be delayed by 2 hours.
• Due to the resulting operational adjustments, return flights from Narita (Tokyo), Haneda (Tokyo), and Nagoya to Vietnam on June 3 will also have their departure times adjusted accordingly.

Vietnam Airlines sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this force majeure event. Passengers are advised to monitor updates on the typhoon’s impact on local transportation and road conditions, and to plan their journeys to and from the airport accordingly to ensure timely arrival.

Updated flight schedule information will be sent to passengers' phone numbers and email addresses provided at the time of booking.
