Vietnam Airlines would like to inform you that starting from May 31, 2024 (Paris, France time), there will be a change to the check-in counters for flights operated by Vietnam Airlines from France to Vietnam as follows:

• Economy Class Passengers: Please be advised that Vietnam Airlines check-in counters are being moved from Terminal 2E to Zone 3 - Terminal 2F at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG - Paris, France).
  
• Business Class or Platinum tier Lotusmiles, Skyteam’s Elite Plus members: Passengers have the option to check in at either Terminal 2E (as before) or Zone 2 - Terminal 2F.

For the best experience, Vietnam Airlines encourages passengers to use the online check-in service on the website , mobile app, or kiosks at the airport.

Passengers at Terminal 2F should proactively plan their time to complete check-in procedures early and move quickly to the departure gate.

Please note that in the event of a flight departing from Gate M of Terminal 2E, passengers at Terminal 2F will be transported to this gate by bus, with a travel time of approximately 30 to 40 minutes, excluding waiting time for the bus.
