Hanoi Zoo, also known as Thu Le Zoo or Thu Le Park, is one of the most fascinating destinations for families, animal lovers and tourists seeking a green escape right in the heart of the capital. Hanoi Zoo spans over 28 hectares with a 6-hectare clear water lake, while the remaining area is dedicated to playgrounds and the zoo. First opened to the public in 1976, Hanoi Zoo was born out of the vision to safeguard endangered wildlife while nurturing a space where children and nature lovers could learn, explore, and connect. Hanoi Zoo opens everyday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The entrance fees are divided based on visitor height.
Adults: 50,000 VND/ticket.
Children 1.3 meters tall or under: 30,000 VND per ticket.

Bus: Several bus routes pass near Thu Le Park, including 142, 26, 27, 34, and E05. The fare for each trip ranges from 7,000 to 10,000 VND.
