Lotusmiles Tier Upgrade From Bank Partners

The following customers are eligible for an upgrade to Lotusmiles Gold status:

• MobiFone: Diamond Members of the MobiFone Loyalty Program who have accumulated at least 21,000 Lotusmiles qualifying miles within the qualifying period; or
• Techcombank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Credit Cards (**) with total spending of VND 1.2 billion or more within 12 consecutive months; or
• TPBank: TPBank Vietnam Airlines Visa Platinum cardholders with total spending of at least VND 1.5 billion within the last 12 months from the card issuance date (applicable to primary cardholders and newly issued cardholders only); or
• VietinBank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines VietinBank JCB Ultimate Credit Cards (**) who have accumulated at least 25,000 Lotusmiles qualifying miles or completed 25 qualifying flights; or
• Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd.: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles Visa Gold Credit Cards.

The following customers are eligible for an upgrade to Lotusmiles Titanium status:

• Vietcombank: New Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines American Express Platinum cardholders with eligible spending of at least VND 30 million within the first 2 months, or existing cardholders with eligible spending of at least VND 120 million within 12 consecutive months prior to the tier qualification date (*); or
• Techcombank: (1) Holders of Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Credit Cards (*) with minimum spending of VND 40 million within 30 days from the card issuance date, or VND 90 million within 3 consecutive months (with no overdue debt in any of these months); (2) Techcombank Priority customers who successfully open a new Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Credit Card (including cards reissued upon expiry, but excluding reissuance due to loss, theft, damage, card capture, change of card type/tier, or risk-related reasons). These customers will be upgraded to Titanium status for the first year. (3) Customers opening a debit card with minimum spending of VND 20 million within 30 days from the card issuance date, or VND 30 million within 60 days from the card issuance date, will be upgraded to Titanium status for the first year; or
• TPBank: Holders of TPBank Vietnam Airlines Visa Platinum Credit Cards with total spending of at least VND 350 million within the last 12 months from the card issuance date (applicable to primary cardholders and newly issued cardholders only); or
• MobiFone: Diamond Members (*) of the MobiFone Loyalty Program; or
• VPBank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines VPBank Platinum Credit MasterCard (*) with minimum spending of VND 70 million within 2 months from the card issuance date, or VND 100 million within 4 consecutive months; or
• VIB: Holders of Vietnam Airlines VIB MasterCard with eligible spending incurred in the first year. Titanium status may be maintained with spending of VND 360 million within 12 consecutive months (*); or
• VietinBank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines VietinBank JCB Ultimate Credit Cards will receive first-year Titanium privileges upon card activation, completion of eligible transactions, and successful update of Lotusmiles account information in the VietinBank system (*); or
• Standard Chartered: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Standard Chartered Cards with a minimum deposit of VND 500 million and a tenor of 6 months or more (*); or
• Sacombank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Sacombank Visa Signature cards with annual spending of at least VND 200 million, or VND 250 million per year for Visa Platinum cards; or
• Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd.: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Lotusmiles Visa Classic Credit Cards.

The following customers are eligible for an upgrade to Lotusmiles Silver status:

• Vietcombank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Vietcombank American Express Cards; or
• Techcombank: Techcombank Priority customers who are holders of Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Cards or Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Platinum Cards; or
• VPBank: VPBank VIP customers who are holders of Vietnam Airlines VPBank Platinum MasterCard Cards; or
• VietinBank: Holders of Vietnam Airlines VietinBank JCB Cards; or
• Standard Chartered: Holders of Vietnam Airlines Standard Chartered Cards.
