-    Form of receipt: Suppliers send an email attached to the scanning of the original proposal to the email address: trungnq@vietnamairlines.com tintrantrung@vietnamairlines.com, tuava@vietnamairlines.com of the Vietnam Airlines JSC with the subject/title "Company ... proposes the Vietnam Airlines JSC to receive the Proposal of service package “Supplying the network planning package (NPP) period 11/2024 to 10/2029”;

THIS RFP CONTAINS REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION IN RESPECT TO THE SERVICES. THIS RFP IS NOT A CONTRACT, DOES NOT CREATE ANY COMMITMENT OF VN AND DOES NOT OBLIGE VN TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO AN INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION, WHO HAS RECEIVED THE RFP.

This RFP is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Vietnam.
