1. Vietnam Airlines JSC with its registered office at Daido Seimei Kasumigaseki Bldg. 6F, 1-4-2, Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 1000-0013, Japan is about to invite vendors to provide the following service for Yahoo SEM (Search Engine Marketing) in Japan Market 2023.2. I. Package’s content
In order to develop its market in Japan, Vietnam Airlines Japan is looking for a Advertising Agency to:

- Reach large scale customers and increase brand and product awaerness
- Development of new customers and retain existing customers by using Yahoo SEM in Japan.

II. Scope of supply
· Prior experience with SEM operations in Yahoo.
· Able to consult on effective keyword ideas, etc. for Yahoo SEM
· Retain the ability to achieve the KPIs proposed by the VNA.
· Result reporting and feedback on performed activities
· The total cost should not exceed 6,600,000 JPY (included tax).
· Period: From July 2023 until 31 December 2023

III. KPI
· KPI's will be calculated by the total ''IMP and Clicks'' from the implemented day until the end of the contract.

• KPI's:
• IMP: 1,375,000
• Clicks: 82,500

If the Advertising Agency cannot achieve the above KPIs during the contract period, the Advertising Agency shall continue to provide the service in the Section II until the KPI is reach without any additional charge to VNA.

IV. Contents of quotation
Quotation shall include the following contents and in English if possible.
· Overall plan
· Commitments including IMP and Clicks

V. Offering price
The price offered shall include all necessary costs for implementing the bidding package, meeting the requirement of VNA. The offering price should be in JPY including Tax.

VI. Clarification of quotation
During evaluating progress, VNA may request the Provider to clarify some content in their Letter of quotation and ask for supplementing documents in case of insufficiency. The clarification shall not result in any change of the main contents or quoted price of the letter of quotation.

VII. Evaluation of Quotation

VIII. Announcement of the quotation result
VNA annouce the final result to providers after a written approval of quotation

IX. Negotiation, completion and signing of the contract
VNA negotiate and complete contracts with Provider.

X. Sanction on violation in bidding
Providers having any action violating the Japanese laws for tender may be punished as regulated in relevant legal laws depending on the level of violation.
