Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific Airlines suggest passengers arrive 3 to 4 hours prior to their flight’s scheduled departure time. Passengers should also use in-town check-in services available at Hongkong and Kowloon stations of the MRT network or online check-in services available on the airlines’ website and mobile app. 

The two airlines’ flights departing from/to Hong Kong today will be operated as scheduled. Please note that there is potential for further flight disruptions at short notice. Passengers travelling to/from Hong Kong during this period should regularly update information of flights and reschedule travel plan accordingly. When making a reservation, passengers are recommended to provide full contact information (phone number and email address) for faster notice when flight schedule is changed.
