Hanoi, August 13, 2019 – Due to ongoing protest in Hong Kong, flights to/from Hong Kong served by Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific will be rescheduled on 13 August 2019 to ensure safety.

Accordingly, flights VN594 and VN595 between Ho Chi Minh City - Hong Kong will be postponed by 7 hours and 40 minutes. Other Vietnam Airlines’ daytime flights to/from Hong Kong will be operated as scheduled, including VN593, VN592 between Hanoi - Hong Kong, and VN598 from Ho Chi Minh City to Hong Kong.

Jetstar Pacific will cancel 02 flights BL160, BL161 between Hanoi - Hong Kong and 02 flights BL164, BL165 between Da Nang - Hong Kong.

Affected passengers are entitled to be booked onto alternative flights on the following days. We appreciate your continued patronage and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the ongoing protest at Hong Kong International Airport.

Passengers travelling to/from Hong Kong during this period should regularly update information of flights and reschedule travel plan accordingly.
