Hanoi, May 25^th, 2017 – Today, Vietnam Airlines and FPT signed a strategic cooperation agreement within three years (2017 – 2020).

Accordingly, with 4-star service quality, Vietnam Airlines will provide FPT with a wide variety of convenient air transport services (passengers, luggage, cargo) and other services as required by FPT. Vietnam Airlines will also apply major customer policies for FPT.

FPT will provide Vietnam Airlines with its best IT products, services and solutions meeting Vietnam Airlines’ requirements such as mobile devices, website development, e-commerce, cloud computing, security, big data, hosting/data center, international and domestic transmission, internet service, ERP, etc.

Under the agreement, Vietnam Airlines and FPT will cooperate in R&D of IT products and services in the field of aviation on the basis of cost sharing for capital investment, revenue, licensing, etc.

Previously, in 2013, Vietnam Airlines and FPT signed a bilateral cooperation agreement on providing their best services to each other within three years, which led to positive results.
