Vietnam Airlines would like to announce:

Due to the high demand of travelling by air during the April 30^th – May 01^st holiday, for your convenience and in order to reduce the waiting time for your procedures at the airport, from April 26^th  to May^st 2019, please note that:

-       Arriving to the airport earlier than usual (from 2 to 3 hours before the departure time) to ensure enough time for all your procedures.

-       Using self check – in methods such as mobile, web and kiosk check-in to reduce your waiting time at the airport.

In additional to that, passengers who depart from Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and Cam Ranh airport (Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province) please to note that:

• At Tan Son Nhat airport:

-       The check - in counters and security areas start working at 3:30 AM from April 26^th to April 29^th 2019 (30 minutes earlier than usual).

-       Check – in ares at the domestic terminal:

Self check-in counters: 4 kiosks at D1 entrance and 6 kiosks between B and C check – in area.

For SGNVII route: G6 counter.

For SGNVDO, SGNVDH, SGNTHD routes: H1, H2, H3 counter.

For all other routes: from B1 to B12 and D4 to D8 counter.

For business class and sky priority: from C1 to C8 counter.

For group: B11 and B12 counter.

For special services request: B1 counter.

Bag drop: B2, B3 and B4 counter.

-          Security areas:

For business class and sky priority: at the end of C check – in area.

For economy class: 1^st floor.

Additional area: at the end of H check – in areas (open from 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM everyday).

• At Cam Ranh airport:

The check – in counters: A and B areas.

For business class and sky priority: the counter 20 and 21.

For economy class: the counters from 14 to 19. Including the counters from 24 to 26 if crowding.
