General fares rule

1. Fares for children

Fares for children from 2 to under 12 years old will be 75% of adult fare.
Fares for children under 2 years old will be 10% of adult fare.

2. Fare combination:

Fare types can be combined, given the following conditions:

For round-trip itineraries: Apply the most stringent conditions.;
For itineraries combining multiple segments (multi-segment itineraries): Apply the conditions corresponding to each segment.

3. Changes

Permitted to equal or higher fare only.
Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component will be applied.
Change fee is not permitted to refund.

Passengers must pay fare difference and change fee (if any).

4. Cancelation/Refund

Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.
