Guidelines for redeeming excess baggage award by cash and miles

Guide for baggage awards at the airport

Step 1: Before checking in a flight, members can submit a request to get baggage awards using Cash & Miles method.

Step 2: Ticket office staff deducts the corresponding miles and collects cash.

Step 3: Members present the baggage invoice and other papers as required at the check in counter.
