How to secure my fare on Vietnam Airlines' app

Passengers access the Vietnam Airlines app, on the home page, swipe up to open the bottom toolbar, select "Book Flights" and perform normal flight booking operations:

Notes: Payment currency depends on the country/region that you selected. If you want to pay in another currency, swipe up to open the bottom toolbar, and select “Setting”. At “Country/Region”, select the country with the desired payment currency.

Step 2: Select “Secure my fare”

On the “Passenger Information” screen, select “Secure my fare”, passengers should select a suitable fare-secure duration and click “Select”.

After selecting "secure my fare", passengers proceed to pay the fare-secure fee, check the amount, and read the terms and conditions of ticket exchange/refund.

After the transaction is confirmed as completed, you will receive a reservation code (PNR) and booking information via email. Please read the payment instructions sent to your registered email carefully.

Step 3: Completing air ticket payment

On the Vietnam Airlines app, on the home page, swipe up to open the bottom toolbar and select “Manage Booking”.

Passengers fill in the Reservation code (sent to the email address when purchasing secure-my-fare service) and Last Name, then click "By PNR", check flight details and passenger information, and then click “Continue”.

Select or skip ancillary services, and then select “Continue”. At the “Payment” screen, passengers select a suitable payment method and proceed with the payment.

After completing payment, the system will automatically send a confirmation of the reservation code and electronic ticket to the registered email address.
