Rate of prepaid baggage
With regards to prepaid baggage, passengers can purchase a baggage piece of no more than 23kg and a total three-dimensional length of no more than 158cm for domestic and international itineraries. The following rates are VAT exclusive.
Vietnam Domestic Routes
On flights operated by Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines, prepaid luggage is VND 300,000.
For tickets issued from October 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025 and flights departing from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, prepaid baggage is priced at VND 400,000.

For international itineraries, the standard piece weighs 23kg.
Zone includes the following countries:
- Zone A: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macao.
- Zone B: China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India and other countries in Asia (except for Zone A).
- Zone C: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, other European/African/Middle Eastern countries.
- Zone D: Australia, Russia, United States and other countries in the Americas.
