7.Group fares
- Refund/exchange of group tickets:
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be exchanged, tickets can only be exchanged when the whole group has the same time and new itinerary.
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be refunded, refunds apply to the whole group, not to individual passengers.
- The price for children (under 2 years old and from 2 years old to under 12 years old) is applied with the same price as adults.

For tickets issued prior to April 1, 2026
- Prior to the departure date indicated on the ticket: refund fee 30 USD
- On/after the departure date indicated on the ticket: refund fee 50 USD
For tickets issued from April 1, 2026
- Prior to the departure date indicated on the ticket: refund fee 40 USD
- On/after the departure date indicated on the ticket: refund fee 60 USD

For tickets issued prior to April 1, 2026
- Prior to the departure date indicated on the ticket: free of charge
- On/after the departure date indicated on the ticket: fee 30 USD/per change
For tickets issued from April 1, 2026
- Prior to the departure date indicated on the ticket: free of charge
- On/after the departure date indicated on the ticket: fee 40 USD/per change

4. Baggage
- Carry on baggage: 1 piece (10kg) and 1 accessory. Total weight should not exceed 10 kg. For flights not operated by Vietnam Airlines, comply with the operating airline's conditions
