Applicable to tickets issued from March 5, 2025
1. Fares for minors
- Fares for infants under 2 years old: Equal to 10% of the adult fares.
- Fares for children from 2 to under 12 years old: Equal to 75% of the adult fares.
2. Fare combination:
Fare types can be combined, given the following conditions:
- For round-trip itineraries: Apply the most stringent conditions;
- For itineraries combining multiple segments (multi-segment itineraries): Apply the conditions corresponding to each segment.
3. Change
- Passengers can only exchange for new itineraries/fares of equal or higher value. Passengers shall pay for the fare difference, if any.
- When exchanging multiple sectors: apply the highest fee for exchanged sectors.
- The exchange charge is not refundable in any circumstances.
- Passengers can exchange their tickets by themselves on the Vietnam Airlines website.
4. Ticket refund
- For refunding partially used tickets: A refund fee will be imposed based on the difference between the booked fare and the value of the used flight segment.
- Passengers can refund their tickets by themselves on the Vietnam Airlines website.

6.Group fares
- Refund/exchange of group tickets:
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be exchanged, tickets can only be exchanged when the whole group has the same time and new itinerary.
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be refunded, refunds apply to the whole group, not to individual passengers.
- The price for children (under 2 years old and from 2 years old to under 12 years old) is applied with the same price as adults.
The above conditions are general, specific conditions for each fare may differ from the published general conditions. Please read carefully the specific fare conditions indicated when passengers purchase tickets.

2. Ticket exchange
- Before the flight departure date indicated on the ticket: free of charge
- From the flight departure date indicated on the ticket: charge: EUR 100/exchange
3. Baggage
- Carry-on: 18kg including 2 pieces (10kg or less each) and 1 accessory (2kg). (*)
- Checked baggage: 2 pieces (32kg/piece)
4. Go-show
- Booking class J: Free of charge
- Booking class C: Charge
5. Seat selection
