Viet Nam domestic Routes - Premium Economy

1. Fares for children

• Fares for children from 2 to under 12 years old will be 90% of adult fare.
• Fares for children under 2 years old will be 10% of adult fare.

2. Fare combination: 

Fare types can be combined, given the following conditions:

• For round-trip itineraries: Apply the most stringent conditions.;
• For itineraries combining multiple segments (multi-segment itineraries): Apply the conditions corresponding to each segment.

3. Changes

• Permitted to equal or higher fare only.
• Multiple change fee: Highest change fee of all change fare component will be applied.
• Change fee is not permitted to refund.
• Passengers can quickly change their tickets on Vietnam Airlines website here.
• Passengers must pay fare difference and change fee (if any).

4. Cancelation/Refund

• Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.
• Passengers can quickly cancelation their tickets on Vietnam Airlines website here.

8. No-show

• No-show penalty applies if passenger does not cancel and change their confirmed reservation 03 hours before the time of ticketed flight departure. 
• No-show penalty applies in addition to change/cancellation. 
• Passengers can cancel their flights on Vietnam Airlines website here to avoid No-Show fee.

10. Group fares

- Refund/exchange of group tickets:

+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be exchanged, tickets can only be exchanged when the whole group has the same time and new itinerary.

+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be refunded, refunds apply to the whole group, not to individual passengers.

- The price for children (under 2 years old and from 2 years old to under 12 years old) is applied with the same price as adults.
