- Refund used tickets: refund the difference between the fare paid and applicable fare of used routing minus refund fee.

8. No-show
- No-show penalty applies if passengers does not cancel and change their confirmed reservation 03 hours before the time of ticketed flight departure.
- No-show penalty applies in addition to change/cancellation.
- Passengers can cancel and change/refund their flights on Vietnam Airlines website here to avoid No-Show fee.

10. Group fares
- Refund/exchange of group tickets:
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be exchanged, tickets can only be exchanged when the whole group has the same time and new itinerary.
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be refunded, refunds apply to the whole group, not to individual passengers.
- The price for children (under 2 years old and from 2 years old to under 12 years old) is applied with the same price as adults.
