8. Group fares
- Refund/exchange of group tickets:
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be exchanged, tickets can only be exchanged when the whole group has the same time and new itinerary.
+ For tickets with conditions that are allowed to be refunded, refunds apply to the whole group, not to individual passengers.
- The price for children (under 2 years old and from 2 years old to under 12 years old) is applied with the same price as adults.
The above conditions are general, specific conditions for each fare may differ from the published general conditions. Please read carefully the specific fare conditions indicated when passengers purchase tickets.

For tickets issued/changed before March 25, 2026: VND 360,000 per refund.
For tickets issued/changed from March 25, 2026: VND 500,000 per refund.
2. Ticket exchange
Permitted without fee , exception: Lunar New Year period VND 360,000 per change
3. No-Show
For tickets issued/changed before March 25, 2026:
- Booking class J: Permitted without fee (Exception: During the Lunar New Year period: VND 500,000 fee applies)
- Booking class C: VND 500,000
For tickets issued/changed from March 25, 2026:
- Booking class J: Permitted without fee (Exception: During the Lunar New Year period: VND 650,000 fee applies)
- Booking class C: VND 650,000
4. Baggage
- Carry-on: 18kg including 2 pieces (10kg or less each) and 1 accessory (2kg).
- Checked baggage: 1 piece (32kg/piece)
5. Go-show
Class J: Free changes, except during the Lunar New Year period – fare difference applies (if any)
Class C: fare difference applies
6. Seat selection

In the event that Business Class service cannot be provided to passengers on the selected flight, Vietnam Airlines will arrange:
- Premium Economy Class service on the same flight and refund the fare difference between the purchased fare and the booking class W of Premium Economy Flex (if any) without compensation;
- Or Business Class service on another flight.
