More than that, becoming a great flight attendant requires patience and a heart full of compassion — to help lift passengers' dreams and create memorable journeys. For many of these children, who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, it was a rare and meaningful opportunity to experience a career that had previously felt far out of reach. But after being inspired and immersed in the experience, many shared their excitement and aspirations. “My dream is to become a pilot so I can soar freely through the skies!” said Dương Ngô Bảo Long, 11 years old, his eyes sparkling with determination. Launched in 2023, the “Dream Trip” is one of Vietnam Airlines’ most heartfelt corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, helping hundreds of underprivileged children from across Vietnam pursue their dreams. From Vũng Tàu to Nha Trang and Đà Nẵng, each destination in the journey is carefully curated with educational, exploratory, and bonding activities — leaving a lasting, meaningful impact. The 2025 edition is especially meaningful as it coincides with the 30th anniversary of Vietnam Airlines. Over the past three decades of growth and innovation, Vietnam Airlines has not only fulfilled its role as the national carrier, pioneering integration and modernization — it has also remained deeply committed to the community.
