Benefits from Vietnam Airlines flights

Benefits for Million Milers on VN-code flights operated by Vietnam Airlines.

Priority in aircraft seating:

Check-in priority: A Million Miler and up to 05 companions can check in at the Business Class/Million Miler/SkyPriority Counters. If the companions use Lotusmiles award tickets, the companion quantity limit will not be applied.

Baggage benefits:

• Priority baggage SkyPriority tags;
• Get 02 more pieces of standard checked baggage (23 kg/piece);
• Carry 01 golf set for free under Vietnam Airlines’ baggage allowance (up to 23 kg, no size limit).

Meet & Greet Service, Business Lounge and Priority Lane:

Meet & Greet Service is an exclusive benefit for Million Milers, the owners of the highest card tier of Vietnam Airlines, applicable at Noi Bai, Da Nang, and Tan Son Nhat airports.

a.    At Departure Airport:

Meet & Greet Service: A member and 03 companions are welcomed when departing from Noi Bai/Da Nang/Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Use of Business Lounges:

• At Noi Bai/Da Nang/Tan Son Nhat Airport: Applicable to a member and 03 companions.
• At the other airports in Vietnam: Applicable to a member and 03 companions.
• At airports outside Vietnam: Applicable to a member and 01 companion.
• Notes: The guests invited to Business Lounge must take a flight on Vietnam Airlines or SkyTeam on the same day.

Priority lane: Million Milers can use priority lanes at security screening and immigration (in accordance with the airport authority’s policy):

Boarding priority: Million Milers have priority boarding according to SkyPriority standards (priority lane/priority bus):

• At Noi Bai/Da Nang/Tan Son Nhat Airport: Applicable to a member and 03 companions.
• At the other airports in Vietnam: Applicable to a member and 03 companions.
• At airports outside Vietnam: Applicable to members.

b.    At connecting airports, Million Milers receive assistance in picking up their checked baggage when:

• Connecting between domestic and/or international flights at Noi Bai/Da Nang/Tan Son Nhat Airport.
• Transferring between domestic flights at the other airports in Vietnam.

c.     At the arrival airport:

• For flights to Noi Bai/Da Nang/Tan Son Nhat Airport, Million Milers are welcomed with the "Meet & Greet" service and assisted in picking up checked baggage.
• For the other airports in Vietnam, Million Milers are supported to pick up checked baggage when taking domestic flights.

Other offers:

• A Million Miler is awarded 01 Platinum card with 12-month validity to a relative in the Family account (the program applied only once to each member). Please send an email to vip.lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com to receive the award.
• After each flight, the members will be credited with the miles corresponding to the itineraries and receive an additional 100% of the credited miles. Accumulated miles are valid for 60 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified.
• The members will receive 2,000 bonus miles in celebration of birthdays.
• The members can get an unlimited number of business lounge awards to invite their guests (available at Vietnam airports).

Benefits from flights of SkyTeam airlines

The following deals are for Million Miler on SkyTeam flights, including codeshare flights with VN code operated by SkyTeam. For more details on priority service on flights operated by SkyTeam, please visit www.skyteam.com.

Priority in aircraft seating:

• Have a seat guarantee on an international flight of 6 hours or longer when purchasing an Economy Class ticket at the highest price (depending on each airline's regulations) at least 24 hours before departure time;
• Priority in booking confirmation and waiting list at the airport;
• Priority in empty seat selection when checking in at the airport.

Check-in priority:

• Priority at the ticket and connecting counters;
• Check-in at SkyPriority counters (applicable to international flights);
• Use priority lanes at the security screening area and immigration area (if the service is available at the airport);
• Priority boarding (applicable to international flights).

Baggage benefits:

Use of Business Lounges of airlines in SkyTeam: A Million Miler can invite 01 guest to a Business Lounge or a private lounge when taking an international flight. The guest must travel on a flight operated by Vietnam Airlines or a SkyTeam airline.

Other offers: When taking flights from SkyTeam airlines (except for Garuda Indonesia), the members will be credited with the miles corresponding to the itineraries and receive an additional 100% of the credited miles.

Benefits from non-SkyTeam partner airlines

With diverse cooperation programs, Million Milers can enjoy additional offers from non-SkyTeam partner airlines when taking VN codeshare flights operated by partner airlines.
