Online check-in steps
Arriving at the Airport
With “Telephone Check-in” service, passengers are entirely guaranteed to enjoy your convenient journey.
Passengers who have checked-in through telephone are allowed to go straight to the security area and board the aircraft without queuing at airport counters if they do not have checked baggage.
Just by making a phone call, passengers will be assisted to check-in their flights quickly and select seats in advance as their requests.
Check-in counter opens and closes following the timing below.
Important notes:
Boarding sequence
Passengers who need mobility assistance may board the aircraft first, then Economy Passengers.
Business class passengers, Premium Economy class passengers, Platinum/Gold/Titan member passengers and SkyTeam Elite Plus/Elite member passengers may board at their own convenience but prior closing aircraft door.
Closing time of boarding gate:
Boarding gates close 15 minutes before the scheduled time of departure. Late passengers may not be accepted for travel.
Check-in for code-share flights:
The opening and closing time of the check-in counter will be defined by the carriers that operate the flights. Passengers should carefully check the information written on the flight tickets or the official website of the carriers that operate the flights.
Vietnam Airlines strives to provide the easiest process for check-in. Passengers can check the timing for opening and closing of Check-in counters as below:
