The program applies to students who are currently studying in Vietnam or abroad, provided they can present valid documentation as required.

LotuStudents benefits apply to Premium Economy Classic, Economy Classic, and Economy Lite fares.

During certain peak periods, the program will not apply fare discounts. The benefits of extra checked baggage and a complimentary first ticket exchange remain available to you.

Please register or log in to your Lotusmiles account, go to the LotuSociety section → select LotuStudents → upload verification documents and wait for system approval.

Requests to join the LotuStudents program will be approved within 1 day after the system receives all valid documents.

Your application may not be approved if the documents have expired, the information is unclear, or the course duration is not indicated. You can provide valid documents for the system to review again.

The program does not limit the number of ticket purchases. You can use the benefits for yourself on eligible domestic and international itineraries as specified.

LotuStudents discounted tickets are only applicable to members who have registered and successfully verified.

The first ticket exchange is free under the program conditions.
Any subsequent exchanges and refunds will follow the fare rules of the purchased tickets.

LotuStudents fares are special discounted fares and cannot be combined with other promotional programs on the website.

You will still enjoy the benefits of your membership tier, such as bonus miles, baggage allowance, lounge access, or priority privileges (depending on the tier).

For children from 2 to under 16 years old, parents or guardians can register a Lotusmiles membership for the child by the following steps:

Log in to a Lotusmiles account via the Vietnam Airlines website/app or the Lotusmiles app;
Select “My Family” → “Register for Children”;
Provide the required information according to the Vietnam Airlines form.

The offer is valid until the supporting documents expire or for a maximum of 18 months from the date of registration (whichever comes first).

After this period, you may re‑verify if you still meet the program’s conditions.

When the benefit period ends, if you still meet the program’s conditions, you may re‑verify to continue participating.

In addition to LotuStudents, you may register for other promotional programs such as LotusYouth or LotuSociates if you meet the eligibility requirements of each program.
