SkyPriority includes high-end ground services for passengers flying with Vietnam Airlines.

Which passengers benefit from the SkyPriority service?

SkyPriority is the top-class program for passengers flying with Vietnam Airlines. SkyPriority includes exclusive priorities for passengers taking flights operated by Vietnam Airlines or the SkyTeam alliance.

The SkyPriority service applies to the following passengers:

• First and Business Class passengers, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and Vietnam Airlines Million Milers and Platinum members are all eligible for full SkyPriority benefits.
• Passengers with Elite (SkyTeam) membership, as well as Vietnam Airlines Gold and Titan membership, are eligible for partial SkyPriority services.

SkyPriority benefits

The top-class services will be activated from the moment passengers arrive at the airport until they land safely.

• Check-in priority: At the airport, passengers proceed directly to the SkyPriority check-in counter for the quickest check-in assistance from staff.
• Boarding and deboarding priority: Passengers will have private vehicles to take them to the aircraft and priority lanes for boarding and deboarding.
• Baggage priority: Passengers' baggage will be labeled with SkyPriority tags to enable timely baggage drop-off and pick-up.
• Priority security and immigration lines: Please be aware that the service may not be available at all airports.
