Guide for Lotusmiles membership registration on Vietnam Airlines website
Step 1: Go to Vietnam Airlines website
Visit the vietnamairlines.com website and select "Sign up" at the bottom left.
Step 2: Fill in the required information
Please complete all fields in the form, such as your name, date of birth, title, contact details, etc., and finish the registration steps to become a Lotusmiles member.
Step 3: Confirm your email and enjoy the membership benefits
After successful registration, you will receive an email sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the process. Your account will then be successfully activated. Welcome to the Lotusmiles Program!
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam, junk, or promotional mailbox or contact the Lotusmiles help desk at the email lotusmiles@vietnamairlines.com.
