- Members who have a Lotusmiles card can buy new membership number. The new lucky card number will replace the existing one after the payment.

- Customers who not yet be a Lotusmiles member can choose and buy a lucky card number and his/her Lotusmiles account will be created after the payment.

- Customers can buy lucky membership numbers to gift his/her family, friends and relatives. The recipient may already have a Lotusmiles card or not yet have a card.

- Personal information, membership tier, membership expiration, transaction information in the member's Lotusmiles account will be kept the same as before changing to a new card number.
