Amidst back-to-back shifts at Noi Bai International Airport, 31 officers and employees from NASCO took the time to participate in blood donation during the 10th "Vietnam Airlines Red Drop" program – A Community Health Day 2026. Every drop of blood donated is a simple gesture of goodwill, offering renewed hope and a second chance at life for patients in need.
On the morning of August 25, at the Noi Bai area, officers and employees of Vietnam Airport Ground Services Joint Stock Company (NASCO) participated in the 10th "Vietnam Airlines Red Drop" – A Community Health Day 2026.
Amidst the daily work routine and back-to-back shifts at the airport, NASCO employees still made time for a simple yet deeply meaningful gesture: donating their blood to offer a second chance at life for patients in need.
At Noi Bai, 31 NASCO officers and employees registered and donated blood. Though working in different positions and carrying out distinct responsibilities, they all shared a unified spirit of compassion and community responsibility.
Each donated blood unit represents far more than a fraction of the donor's health. Behind it lies a patient awaiting support, an emergency room in critical need, or a family desperately holding on to hope.
Consequently, voluntary blood donation has long evolved beyond a mere social activity into a noble gesture, reflecting the spirit of mutual affection and individual civic responsibility toward the community.
The journey of sharing among NASCO personnel will continue on August 28 at Bo De, where eight officers and employees from NASCO Logistics—a subsidiary of NASCO—will join the Corporation in the "Vietnam Airlines Red Drop" program.
Two locations, two different dates, yet bound by a single spirit: whenever the community calls, NASCO personnel stand ready to contribute.
Marking its 10th anniversary, the "Vietnam Airlines Red Drop" has become a meaningful activity enthusiastically supported by officers, employees, union members, and youth across the entire Corporation. In 2026, alongside the voluntary blood donation initiative, the program also features healthcare and medical consulting activities, helping enhance personal health awareness and foster a culture of civic responsibility.
For NASCO, social responsibility does not necessarily begin with grand gestures. It can be an employee taking a moment away from work to register for blood donation; colleagues encouraging one another to join; or simply a willingness to give a part of one's own health to a complete stranger.
It is precisely these humble actions that shape the image of NASCO personnel—compassionate, responsible, and ever-ready to give back.
Every drop of blood given today carries the potential to offer another chance at life tomorrow. From these red drops of blood, the spirit of compassion continues to spread—from NASCO to Vietnam Airlines and outward to the broader community.
