The Journey of Inspiring a Positive Lifestyle to the Youth Community

A large number of audiences participated in physical activities, unique workshops, and enjoyed a lively music party with famous artists from SpaceSpeakers Group in the fresh and poetic atmosphere of Da Lat at the 5AM event.

This was the first sunrise music event in Vietnam, organized by Vietnam Airlines in collaboration with SpaceSpeakers Group, held at Da Lat College from 5:00 to 10:00 AM on December 7. The event offered an inspiring space, perfectly blending music with physical activities.

Although the weather in Da Lat was rainy on the morning of December 7, it could not dampen the participants' spirit of sportsmanship.

Inspired by the journey of body, mind, and spirit, 5AM Season 2 provided the audience with a completely different sunrise experience in Da Lat, where they participated in activities like running, meditation, pressed flower workshops, essential oil workshops, and tasting Da Lat's typical winter cuisine.

All these activities were designed to help participants relax physically, cultivate tranquility, and connect with themselves, leading to a new day filled with positive energy.

The music section of the event was a special highlight, featuring famous artists such as SlimV, Binz, Rhymastic, SOOBIN, GONZO, 16 Typh, NOMOVODKA, OSAD, and Pháo. The melodies blending orchestral, folk, pop, and electronic music were performed at sunrise, creating a wonderful atmosphere for those attending.

Mai Lan (from Hanoi) shared, "I have been to Da Lat many times, but experiencing Da Lat at 5 AM is something I've never done. Everything feels so different. Participating in the music event and the early morning sports activities, I feel ready to start the day full of energy."

Minh Tú (from Ho Chi Minh City) shared, "The 5AM event is truly different from anything I’ve experienced. It’s not just a concert, but a relaxing and rejuvenating journey. Running in the cool space, meditating, and listening to music in Da Lat’s fresh air, I feel like I’ve found balance for both my soul and body."

Three SpaceSpeakers artists performed the song "Nhanh lên nhé" to close the program.

Vietnam Airlines and SpaceSpeakers hope that by participating in the event, they will create a significant motivation to encourage young people to form positive habits such as waking up early, engaging in sports, and balancing life amidst a busy routine. With the body-mind-spirit journey, the 5AM event has rekindled the connection between the body, soul, and mind, helping participants regenerate positive energy and start their day in a fulfilling way.

Additionally, 5AM is a standout mark in the current music tourism trend. The event deeply blended contemporary art with natural values and local culture, creating a special highlight that attracted thousands of visitors to Da Lat.
