Special meals

Join Vietnam Airlines to experience cuisine at an altitude of 10,000m, where dishes are thoughtfully prepared, carefully selected, beautifully decorated, and served with 4-star service standards.

On domestic flights, Vietnam Airlines introduces Grilled Meat Crepe Noodles (Nem Nuong Banh Hoi), a famous specialty in Central Vietnam, made from two special ingredients: Raw minced beef and pork lemon grass skewer from Da Nang City. Under the hands of skilled chefs, the mixture will be seasoned, stirred evenly, then wrapped around lemon grass stalks before barbecuing in an oven. The results are golden brown, greasy, fragrant, and soft meat rolls.

People often enjoy the meat rolls with crepe noodles, fresh vegetables, fried spring onion, roasted peanuts, and sweet-sour fish sauce. The dish is popular among the locals and can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Special drinks

For the first time on domestic flights, Vietnam Airlines upgraded its compelling and high-quality coffee menu, exclusively for Business Class passengers. With the mission to spread Vietnamese culture to global visitors, the coffee on Vietnamese domestic flights is made with black coffee called G7 from Trung Nguyen Legend, Vietnam's No. 1 coffee supplier. The coffee menu includes Milk coffee with ice, Black coffee, White coffee, Americano, and Latte. In particular, Milk coffee with ice is considered a must-try drink when coming to Vietnam. The famous drink is made from Vietnamese coffee in combination with condensed milk, without powdered milk or milk cream.
