On international routes, in addition to Vietnamese dishes, Business class passengers also have the opportunity to enjoy diverse cuisine from different countries around the world depending on itineraries.

Routes between Vietnam and South Korea: Bibimbap (Korean mixed rice), Bulgogi (grilled beef), Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup ), Japchae (Korean stir-fried glass noodles), Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles ), and especially indispensable kimchi.
Routes between Vietnam and Europe/Australia: Elegant and luxurious French cuisine, uniquely diverse German cuisine, simple yet delicate British cuisine, etc.
Routes between Vietnam and the US: The menu is diverse with many different European and Asian culinary styles. Especially for Business Class, passengers can order vegetarian food on the Ho Chi Minh - San Francisco routes, and Vietnamese Pho on the San Francisco - Ho Chi Minh routes.

Premium wine and champagne: Exclusively for Business class passengers on flights to/from Europe, Australia, the US, Japan, and South Korea, the premium wine and champagne originated from famous vineyard regions, selected by beverage experts are served.

  • Champagne Charles Mignon Premium Reserve Brut is fresh and fruity, perfectly balanced between the taste wealth of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Pinot Meunier. The Champagne which is a legacy of the Mignon family with more than 150 awards worldwide, is ideal to serve as an aperitif or at a cocktail party.
  • Maison Cazes “Ego” Côtes Du Roussillon Blanc white wine, an iconic name, originates from the Roussillon vine plantation region and possesses a compelling flavor.
  • The Christiena Trousseau Sauvignon Blanc white wine originates from South Africa, made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on alluvial sandy soil, creating an excellent complex, an ideal choice for hot summers.
  • Chateau Du Cartillon Cru Bourgeois Superieur red wine originates from the famous Haut Medoc region of France, blended between three grapes Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot.
  • Ventisquero Vertice red wine originates from vineyards in the Colchagua Valley, at an altitude between 400 and 470 meters above sea level. The wine has a dark red color, possessing a passionate fruity aroma of licorice, and a long, memorable aftertaste.

Coffees: Milk coffee with ice, black coffee, white coffee, Espresso, Americano, latte and cappuccino.

Fruit juice: This includes pure juices (no added sugar, additives, or preservatives) and fruit-flavored drinks (a combination of purified water and a variety of low-sugar fruits and vegetables).

Exclusive cocktail collection: Mixologist Vo Tan Si introduces a collection of cocktails imbued with Vietnamese identity. Enjoy a glass of Phan Thiet Pink Sand with sweet red color, think of the Ancient Capital with a Hue passionate glass, or feel the rich aftertaste of a Gong Dance glass imbued with the breath of the majestic Central Highlands, etc.
