Special meals

Pork ball noodle soup, a simple dish, sufficient of starch, protein, and fiber, is a good choice for either hot or rainy days. The dish requires the chef to be meticulous in choosing and combining ingredients. A delicious noodle bowl is a mixture of fresh noodles, umami ribs, shiitake mushrooms, and spring onion. The broth is the spirit of pork ball noodle soup. The broth is made by stewing bones to reach an acceptable umami level, the foams are taken out to get clear broth, and very little seasoning is needed. On Vietnam Airlines flights, pork ball noodle soup is served as the main course in Business Class meals, bringing a simple but delicious flavor of typical Northern Vietnamese cuisine to passengers.

To bring a complete meal flavor, Vietnam Airlines' drink menu offers a variety of attractive selections.

As a warm welcome, drinks are served quickly with fresh fruit juice, fruit flavor drinks, and purified water.
