1.1. Location of Ponagar Temple
Ponagar Tower is located at 61 Hai Thang Tu Street, Vinh Phuoc Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province.
It is a symbol of the ancient Champa Kingdom’s architecture, religion, and a deeply rooted spiritual-cultural site for the people of Khanh Hoa. Ponagar Cham Tower is the common name for the entire cluster of Cham towers perched atop a hill overlooking the Cai River, just 2 kilometers north of Nha Trang’s city center.
Recognized in 1979 as a National Historic Monument by Vietnam’s Ministry of Culture and Information, the site remains a vital place of pilgrimage and tourism, honoring the Cham civilization's enduring legacy.
