Service options
Unaccompanied Minor Service
Dedicated care throughout the journey: Children will be closely accompanied, guided, and attentively supported by Vietnam Airlines staff from check-in until landing.
Developing independence: The unaccompanied minor service will help children confidently experience a safe flight and cultivate their self-reliance.

Cabin crew escort service
Personalized care: The child will be assigned an accompanying flight attendant throughout the flight to assist with all their personal needs.
Supervision and absolute safety: The flight attendant directly guides and closely monitors the child from check-in until they meet the designated receiver at the destination airport.
The fee for the Cabin crew escort service equals the applicable adult fare plus the Vietnam Airlines surcharge corresponding to the service class requested by the passenger.

Service booking instructions
Option 1: At Vietnam Airlines ticket offices
The guardian must prepare the forms below and submit them to the ticket office at least 24 hours before the departure time:
Option 2: Contact the Customer Care Center at 1900 1100 (for calls within Vietnam) or (+84-24) 38320320 (for calls from outside Vietnam) at least 24 hours before the departure time.
Option 3: Register online via the Vietnam Airlines website using the Unaccompanied children service registration form at least 36 hours before the departure time.
To book the service, passengers should contact Vietnam Airlines ticket offices:
At least 03 days before the departure date for domestic flights;
At least 05 days before the departure date for itineraries with international flights.

At the arrival airport, parents, guardians, or authorized persons need to note:
The person picking up the child must be present at the airport at least 30 minutes before the scheduled landing time.
The person picking up the child must present full identification documents. The information on the documents must match the information provided when registering for the service.
