On board the B787 and A350 aircraft, passengers can access electrical charging ports from the comfort of their seats.

The B787 aircraft is equipped with modern LED lighting technology to gradually adjust the lighting, to create a natural, calming ambiance on board flights. Passengers will enjoy white light on daytime trips and relax with soft, warm golden light on night flights. Stay comfortable with gradual brightness transformation when food is served. 

Personal amenities

When an Economy Class flight is longer than 4 hours, Vietnam Airlines will provide basic amenities free of charge to bring about a more comfortable flight experience. Passengers, please contact flight attendants for the earliest assistance.


Pillow and blanket set: To be served upon request, blankets and pillows are made from high-quality and soft materials with luxurious and elegant designs, helping passengers have a comfortable and pleasant flight experience.


Personal amenities: Include toothbrush and toothpaste, sleep mask, noise-reducing earplugs, stickers labeled “Do not disturb”, "Wake me up for meal", etc


Foam slippers and cosmetics sets: To be served on long-haul flights (such as Europe, Australia, etc.), Vietnam Airlines will prepare in the bathroom a cosmetics set that includes European-brand premier products of natural origin used by spa centers. In-flight cosmetics are always carefully selected with a gentle fragrance, helping to moisturize and rejuvenate the skin.
