Man Thai Beach lies along Hoang Sa Road, north of My Khe and just before the entrance to Son Tra Peninsula. It's about 20 minutes from Da Nang city center by motorbike or car. Tien Sa Beach is located at the far northern tip of the Son Tra Peninsula — a remote, forest-fringed bay with stunning blue water and near-total tranquility. It's ideal for travelers seeking a beach day without crowds, noise, or modern distractions.
The beach is best known for its clean shoreline, dramatic hillside backdrop, and clear water, making it a good place for picnics, short hikes, or even snorkeling on calm days. Nearby, there’s also a small port and ferry terminal, though the area remains peaceful most of the time. Note that Tien Sa may charge a small entry fee depending on which access point you use, especially if entering through the Tien Sa Eco Tourism site.

Getting to Tien Sa Beach requires a 35–45 minute journey from Da Nang center. The route follows Hoang Sa Road all the way around the Son Tra Peninsula to its northern edge. The drive is scenic but steep and curvy in parts — suitable for confident motorbike riders or those in private cars. It's best to visit during daylight, as lighting is limited after dark.
Tucked away at the far northeastern edge of the Son Tra Peninsula, Black Rock Beach — or Bai Da Den — is one of the most rugged and visually striking beaches in Da Nang.
