Instructions for purchasing TripCARE Insurance

Passengers eligible for the program include:

• Passengers aged 07 days old or older taking domestic or international flights departing from Vietnam operated by Vietnam Airlines (regardless of nationality and place of residence).
• Children under the age of two are covered free of charge if they are accompanied by an insured adult.

1. For one-way itineraries, insurance benefits include:

• Personal accident
• Insurance for travel obstacles such as: flight cancellation, delay, loss of baggage or travel documents, delayed baggage, etc.

2. For round-trip itineraries, insurance benefits include:

• Personal accident
• Insurance for travel obstacles such as: flight cancellation, delay, loss of baggage or travel documents, delayed baggage, etc.
• Medical expenses due to accident and illness/sickness, emergency medical transportation

You can perform in the following ways:

1. Fill out the Claim Form and send it to bh.support@pvi.com.vn; 

2. Contact the Contact Center at (84-24) 7300 2088.

If you change your flight, please contact PVI Insurance to amend the related insurance policy by phone at: +84 941 555 616, email: bh.support@pvi.com.vn.

If Vietnam Airlines changes the flight schedule, PVI Insurance will contact you to change the insurance policy (applicable in case the schedule changes more than +/- 3 days compared to the original schedule).

Yes. You will be refunded for TripCARE insurance before the departure date.
